Description
Ok all, here is my dream-inspired character, complete with setting and what-not. I did some research into Tolkien-style Orc names. Nenai sounded pretty good. I decided on the last name of Moonshield because admittedly, she does look like she has a bit of Elf or Drow in her. My dream insisted that the character was a Half-Goblin, but I later changed my mind to a Half-Orc. Using heavy Goblin morphs on the model produced something either gaunt or thin and wiry. I was looking for something stronger.
I have some very nice plate armor, but it really didn't look right on her, despite the copious amounts of skulls on it. I tried a few rogue-ish outfits and this one worked out the best. This particular set has some generic body style morphs that aren't associated with V4, and most everything worked out with a little patience. The hair was difficult, however. I applied five magnets to it and mucked with the dimensions.
The blades aren't "quite" silver; I used a custom metal in Reality. I did the same for the buckles on the suit. If you look closely, you will notice that she has a forked tongue. It doesn't fit in with an Elf or an Orc, but it looked cool to me. Its color was an oversight but I don't think it diminishes the image.
Nenai's armpit was atrocious, and the custom armpit fix morphs I bought at Renderosity last month wouldn't work on the model. I have had similar problems with other custom morphs before, upon loading V4's Creature morphs. So, there is heavy post work on her shoulder. And I did it all with a mouse To be fair, it is a precision gaming laser mouse with adjustable speeds. I added some effects to the right blade for those nifty lens flare thingers
See? I told y'all I would come up with a neat character who isn't cute as all heck
