My, What A Nice....... Bike by WilliamRumley My, What A Nice....... Bike by WilliamRumley
This was supposed to be a quick one, but I ran into a snag while trying to save the initial scene yesterday. I had all the clothing, hair and textures worked out for Bianca and the scene would not save. I ended up loading a second V4, moving all the clothing and hair to it, injecting the morphs and duplicating the jewelry. And I didn't even have a background and prop yet.....

Anyway, Virtual Bianca again. Bianca suggested a biker babe some time ago and it too me a while to come up with this kitbash outfit. I'm a real stickler about avoiding the re-use of clothing so close to a previous image. My Rocker Trina has some great clothing that could be used for a biker babe but it was too soon for me to re-use the clothing elements.

I have UE2 loaded here, as well as a spotlight with raytracing turned on. Doing this cuts into the power of the shader but I really wanted some nice, sharp shadow here so it is a compromise I'm willing to deal with. The skin texture is the same as with the other Virtual Bianca images, but the eye makeup and lips were worked by me using merchant resources, creative coloring and a little airbrush work in PSPx.

The bike is a Renderosity freebie, and it is quite difficult to get chrome to look good using reflection maps. I used a blurred environment image greyscaled and it did an o.k. job. Perhaps I can go looking for a better shader for chrome, but honestly, if I want realistic chrome I can just go fire up LuxRender or something.

This may seem like I took a step backwards, but I did have a lot of fun here and not everything has to look realistic :) besides, that chrome would look like a sore thumb mixed in with the great looking skin I'm getting so used to, don't ya think? ;) Not that it looks bad here, I just like a little AO on my skin :D

Thanks :) There is a trade-off when using stock lights. I like nice AO but also like crisp shadows :D I was going to render this in LuxRender but I don't have an adequate outdoor scene yet :)

If it weren't for the beautiful results, I would strangle the author for his anemic user manual lol
